*raises and waves her hand* I don't care whats showing. Can I go to the one with the cheesecake?
Let me Guess: "Dippin' Dots Available" is the Indie Student film, right?
I'll give you another hint: only one of them serves wine as well.
That's a bit risky. Do "Dippin' Dots" go with wine?
Hmm. Do they make freeze-dried wine?
was the best I could find. You can tell it's a quality product by the cartoon pictures.
That's vaguely terrifying.
It takes a while though, it might be easier just to buy grape juice and then add vodka
course given the price to satisfaction ratio, dippin' dots come in sorely lacking when compared to tiramisu
mmmm dippin' dots. MMMM TIRAMISU!! Tiramisu wins.
And, somewhat unrelated, I gave a little squee when seeing this. I have so few friends outside my household that live in the area on LJ, that seeing familiar placenames just...makes me squee. *lol*
Yeah, I have that same reaction.
dippin' dots is the hollywood releases. commercialism plus the less sophisticated crowd plus 3 theatres wouldn't be showing the indie/foreign films.
so, of course, cedar lee theatre has the tiramisu & cheesecake.
& indie/foreign films-- gah!
I tended to think of it in age groups.
Dippin Dots= Childrens.
Cheese cake and Tiramisu= Not so much Childrens. (Though I sure they would love it.)
Ahh but dippin' dots makes cheesecake flavored dippin' dots!
I think you were taking the quiz way too seriously. [g]
me? nevar! :-)
actually, i kept looking at the question & realised i hadn't exactly answered it.
Colonel Mustard, in the lobby, with Dippin' Dots.
A use for Dippin' Dots at last. Good show.
Tiramisu is foreign. Ergo, the Cedar Lee Theatre is the foreign/indi movie house.
I'm good at deduction.
I coulda been a deductive with a badge and all that...
Major Hollywood is the one that serves dippin' dots.
Cheesecake, et al. is the foreign and indie film.
Actually, it's pretty easy. Houston has had a dippin' dot MACHINE in at least one Tinseltown theater since at least 2001.
It wasn't so much that I thought anyone would have trouble with the answers; I was merely amused by the juxtaposition.
But what about someone like me who would want cheesecake with his Hollywood film? I represent an entire market they're ignoring!
And Dippin' Dots are a reason to stay away from someplace. I tried them once. Never again.
Agreed, but the plebs would smear cheesecake all over the seats - that just won't do.
Which postulates that they -won't- smear the dipping dots? *grins* They'd smear anything you give them.
Dippin' Dots are at least encapsulated. In theory.
Some of the Hollywood films come with enough cheese as it is. You could try making a cake out of it, I suppose...
I'm not a big fan of the smelly cheeses. Nor most Hollywood films, as it turns out. Perhaps it's coincidence. Perhaps not.
Actually, it's tasy enough to go to waist.
My heroine, role model, and girl-crush, all rolled into one.
but can't you get cheesecake and tiramisu dippin' dots?
