Tomorrow I will be at the Ohio Chapter of the American Association of Matrimonial Lawyers' annual convention in Columbus, Ohio. My original plan was to go down and see friends this evening, or to drive down early tomorrow, but all that got thwarted by the availability of a hotel room tonight.
Now, how could such a convenience complicate things? Well, you see, it comes with the added strings attached of a seminar this evening and dinner. Which means that I need to be there by 5pm. Which means leaving at 3 in order to drive straight down.
Which means, thank heavens I figured all this out relatively early but after I had done my workout for the day.
I sort of had this vague plan of either getting some quilting done before leaving or going shopping in Columbus on my spare time. We've now reached that time of day when there's not really enough time for either to happen, since I still have to pack and such.
So even though I will technically be working only 4 days this week, it feels like my work week is beginning right about now.
I think you can officially call this a "pout."
