Top tip: when your carryon luggage includes a novelty clock that features a long metal wire and, you know, a CLOCK, expect that TSA will want to take a closer look at it.

We just did a trip to Kentucky and were happy that we did NOT have any problems with security!! We bought a Salvador Dali 'melting clock' at a museum in Louisville, and gave it as a present to our daughter and SIL.

At least the TSA was examining something that vaguely looked like a weapon of miniature destruction! Kudos for them. After all, you might have clocked someone with that clock...
