|Fresh air and perspective

Ferrett dragged me out of the house. Even if it was only to go to Lowe's and Home Depot to figure out more ways to spend our money, it at least gave me a little perspective and I was able to come back home and not immediately hyperventilate upon entering the kitchen.|
Several people suggested hotels, which is not a bad idea except we are way over budget on this project - the floors are coming as a great deal, but they were not planned for - and I know that being in a hotel means that I will inevitably not have things I need and will be trekking back and forth. But someone suggested tenting it in the back yard, and I'm kind of digging that idea. We have a three-room tent we've never used. We could put the bed from the guestroom into one room, the love seat and massage chair from the living room into another, and get a lot of the furniture out of the way for the flooring project. And with an extension cord from the garage, we can run lights and computers. It would also let me be away from all the dust and fumes involved in this project, which is definitely better for me healthwise.
Ferrett may shoot this idea down, and I have to check the weather forecasts, but it has possibilities.
